Who are we?
At EH Haylage, we’re passionate about equine nutrition and health. Based in the heart of Norfolk, we’re a small (but perfectly formed!) team committed to quality, both in relation to our products and in our service and commitment to our customers. As a family-run business – part of T H Scott & Son farmers and contractors – our values are very much about honesty, reliability and going the extra mile for our customers.
History
EH Haylage was initially created by Ed Howard back in the early noughties, in response to a challenge faced by his eventing horse, Basil. After becoming allergic to the dust in hay, Basil was also diagnosed with COPD. Determined to find a solution, Ed set out to develop a dust-free alternative forage to traditional hay – leading to the creation of EH Haylage. In 2021 Ed handed the EH Haylage reins over to his cousin’s family, the Scotts, who had been growing haylage under the T H Scott & Son brand since 2012.
